Intended
to bring you towards a sense of serenity and inner stillness, Serenity
at Sunrise is a 13 week, half hour program that guides you through
gentle movements and tension releases to help you unwind after the
busy week. Presented by Dr Ranna-Lesley Lachlan (PhD, RPP, VCST, BFA,
Grad. D. Mat. Anth., Inst 8th Deg - WTBA, Member ATMA), it is a carefully
selected series of movements from her Inter-Dimensional
"Yoga" Plus™ method.
Ranna
in a chiropractic-derived, spinal care movement (Lachlan and Peterson,1983),
combined with Polarity Therapy principles.
Ranna
has been a resident of the Shenandoah Valley for over 11 years and
has over 30 years experience in teaching therapeutic and relaxation
movement. In addition to maintaining a thriving therapy and movement
practice in Stephens City, Middletown, and Charlottesville, she is
also a visual artist who has exhibited in the USA, Australia, and
Europe.
With
the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge mountains as
the backdrop, and sweet ambient music softly weaving through each
program, Serenity at Sunrise is an opportunity to "go on retreat"
in your own home.
